There is a minimum diagnosis fee of $35.00 if appliance repairs are not contracted.

WarrantyA 1 year warranty applies to all work, other than appliance repairs and plugged drains, unless otherwise specified in the quote. Appliance Repair warranty is 90 days.
* Minimum Service Call
Where noted, our minimum 1 hour service call is equal to the hourly rate and covers 15 minutes travelling one way and 45 minutes on the job. Labour is charged out in 1/2 hourly increments after the Minimum Service Call.
