Solarium Makeover
An all-glass solarium had extensive water damage and its supporting columns were structurally unsound. Servisol removed the solarium and completely re-built the 600 square foot breakfast room addition with conventional framing.
New columns, insulated framing and nine windows were installed and a stucco exterior finish matched the rest of the home.
