Third Storey Addition
The homeowners needed to convert their home to a two family dwelling. Plans and drawings created a third floor addition, attic conversion, rear addition and new mud room at the front. Servisol brought in their team of carpenters, electricians, masons and plumbers throughout this top to bottom home renovation.
Structural opening, framing, stucco and roofing closed in the space. Then rough in plumbing and electrical was followed by interior framing and drywall. Six bathrooms and two kitchens were completely re-done, windows installed and a third floor private deck built. A new front entry and brick cleaning completely transformed the exterior.
