3. What kind of work do you specialize in?

Our staff includes a licensed master plumber, and highly skilled painters and carpenters. For specialized work such as required for gas heating, we subcontract with a licensed and insured HVAC professional. Our electrical work is done by licensed and insured contractors.

7. How and when do you clean up, particularly the fine dust?
Every day. Our crew tidies the work area and makes it safely accessible to the homeowner. We do our best to minimize dust and disruption by working around busy family schedules and protecting surfaces. When a job is finished, our crew takes care to remove any construction debris.
8. What work schedule will you follow?
Every job is supervised to manage the ordering of materials and scheduling of trades to minimize the time it takes. Our customer service managers will advise you of how long it is expected to take and of any changes that affect completion time.
9. What kind of warranty do you offer and what does it cover?
Our standard is a one year guarantee on our workmanship, products and materials we supply. We will provide detailed manufacturer warranty information about any of the products you buy from us.
10. Will you provide a written contract?
